We had the amazing pleasure of being invited to Canada’s only BABOR Beauty Spa, now in Calgary’s Mission neighbourhood, for what turned out to be a morning of fantastic, luxurious and relaxing treatments that we can’t wait to attend to again.
BABOR is the pioneer of precision skincare that embodies relaxation, transformation and luxury, with over fifty years on the market. Their facial and body treatments use natural active ingredients to soothe the skin, and to say that we were thrilled to see the results, is certainly an understatement.
From the moment that we walked in we were impressed with the decor and the staff and felt extremely welcomed and attended to. The look and feel of the spa is crisp, modern, yet warm.
Based on our individual skin care needs and concerns, the lovely ladies of Babor recommended the following treatments for us.
Skin Performance
This innovative and power-packed treatment will protect your cells’ DNA with Alpine stem cells and OsmoTec, a molecular catalyst that delivers active ingredients to the heart of the skin cell for ultimate age prevention results.
Skin Active Pure Treatment
Radiant complexion, refined pores and perfectly balanced skin are the result of this targeted treatment. It will remove excess oil without drying the skin and will result in an even, calm and clear complexion.

She went through everything that she was doing, the steps and benefits of each action, and also gave me some great recommendations for my skin care routine.
The facial really hydrated my skin and also balanced my oil as I have a more oily/combination skin type. I also really enjoyed the gentle massage that is meant to stimulate the skin regeneration and prevents the signs of aging.
